Job Summary
You will calibrate coffee flavors daily, prepare specialty beverages per SOPs, manage inventory, perform cashiering and food prep, and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members while ensuring cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate coffee flavors daily at the start of each shift to ensure consistent taste quality
- Prepare specialty coffee and beverages following SOP recipes and standards to meet customer expectations
- Provide accurate information to team members and guests regarding coffee-related enquiries to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee beans and beverage ingredients to support uninterrupted operations
- Perform cashiering duties and prepare food items such as sandwiches and bowls to support daily operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Conduct general housekeeping tasks including cleaning and upkeep of coffee machines to maintain hygiene and equipment functionality
