Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Implement business logic, data access layers, and batch processing using Spring Core, Spring Batch, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Work on both frontend and backend development, building responsive UIs with ReactJS and Redux.
• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and schema designs on Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and MariaDB.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security within Banking & Payment Systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, and JBoss.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Architects) to deliver robust and reliable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE applications.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA.
• Solid front-end development skills in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB) with strong SQL skills.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Tomcat, WebLogic, and JBoss.
• Proven track record in banking, payments, or financial services domain.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, system integrations, and payment standards (added advantage).

Good to Have

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
