Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Temenos TAP, banking applications, microservices development, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting mission-critical banking product solutions that process high-volume, real-time financial transactions while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on Temenos TAP-based banking solutions, strong Java development expertise, and experience integrating banking products with enterprise systems in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop enterprise-grade banking applications using Java and Spring technologies.
2. Develop and customize Temenos TAP banking product solutions to support business requirements.
3. Build scalable microservices and REST APIs supporting banking product functionalities.
4. Develop batch processing solutions using Spring Batch for financial transaction and reconciliation workloads.
5. Implement resilient services using Resilience4j patterns.
6. Integrate banking applications with internal and external systems using Apache Camel, IBM MQ, and Kafka.
7. Develop secure, performant, and maintainable code following banking industry standards and best practices.
8. Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.
9. Create automated unit and integration tests using JUnit.
10. Perform code quality validation through SonarQube and address technical debt.
11. Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
12. Support production deployments and troubleshoot critical banking applications.
13. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Client Implementation teams.
14. Participate in Agile development practices, sprint ceremonies, and release management activities.
15. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
