Senior IT Support

Job Description:

• Setup computers, provide end-user support for company & project offices (computers and applications)
• Maintain the functionality of IT equipment, including hardware, software, network, etc..
• Account creation for emails, users AD account, printers, applications etc.
• Update inventory, documentation, follow up on licensing renewal.
• Coordination and liaise with regional office, provide guidance to users.
• Perform regular check on file servers and data backup.
• Remoting or travel to site office to support users, or coordination with vendors/suppliers.
• System preventive maintenance.
• Ad hoc duty assigned.

Job requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer IT related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience on troubleshooting and upgrading of computers.
• Knowledge of windows client, server and networking, tcp/ip, etc..
• Able to work independently, including conducting investigations and research to resolve IT-related problems
• Willing to support after office hours if required, especially urgent matters.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
