Senior IT Specialist

Job Scope:

• Establish working relationship with assigned customer accounts and understand throughly the customer's issues and needs.
• Monitor customer issues through working with the of IT, and communicating the resolution plan to customers.
• Solicit customer feedback and communicate any complaints to supervisor
• Manage projects as assigned from time to time.
• Resolve systems issues in timely manner when reported by customers.
• Design and develop solutions as assigned by team leader/, manager in timely and quality manner.
• Provide training, assistance and guidance to users in use of new systems.
• Monitor the performance of processes and system activity proactively and recommend action plan to prevent problems or improve performance.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Computer/Computer Science equivalent.Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years working experience in Development - Programming, Implementation of system solution and application enhancement.
• Fresh graduates with strong programming Language such as Power Builder, Java, .NET, VB Script, HTML, Reporting and etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong determination, proactive and able to multi-task and work independently in a fast pace environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
