Senior / IT Project Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for end to end project management and successful delivery of projects.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and align strategies with campus business objectives.
• Oversee project tasks including user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Create and review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with university guidelines.
• Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Build strong relationships with business users and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of track record in driving large scale IT projects
• Knowledge and delivery of facilities management and integrated building solutions / smart buildings related projects is a plus.
• Experience in scrum/agile will be advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with management, users, and vendors.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive team player.
