Senior IT Project Manager

1. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who combines a strategic big-picture mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
2. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven project management experience and be fully capable of independently managing projects from initiation to successful delivery.
3. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can navigate complex IT projects, align with business goals, and ensure timely and quality outcomes.
4. Experience in managing technical / Infrastructure projects (server / system migrations, tech refresh, cloud deployment, etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Maintain a strong big-picture perspective while managing detailed aspects of project execution.
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources independently, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
• Report project status, deliverables, and metrics to senior management and stakeholders clearly and regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a balance between strategic vision and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
