Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of Mobile & Web Application developments
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and ensure that the requirements are met.
- Manage and follow through the development process including solution, deploying, resource allocation.
- Facilitate changes and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Create, measure OKR/KPIs for the project.
- Obtain customer's approval and acceptance of the delivery of projects
- Submit projects and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain project management standards and processes.
- Work closely with clients to keep them up-to-date on project progress
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the deliverables
- Create and maintain documentation for all projects
- Work with a high-level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Experiences in managing projects, gathering requirements, managing expectations
- Experience in use of Agile (scrum) development is a bonus
- Care for the quality of the work
- Very good communication skills
- Confident, independent and meticulous
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
- Must have the ability to cope with tight deadlines, independently
