Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

About Our Client:

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and optimize the corporate Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring users can work securely and efficiently.

Maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including connectivity, wireless services, and security controls.

Drive endpoint management, patch governance, and cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with technology vendors, and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.

Support employee onboarding/offboarding processes while promoting IT security awareness across the business.

Participate in operational reviews, system monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a stable and scalable technology environment.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support environments

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies, including identity and access management

Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewall administration, VPNs, and security controls

Experience supporting endpoint devices, system health monitoring, and vulnerability remediation

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive mindset

Mandarin speaking ability is required

Exposure to call center technology environments is advantageous.
