  • Leads functional support for Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Procurement), owning root-cause analysis and managing technical resolutions with external partners.
  • Designs and architects complex Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, focusing on enterprise-wide process digitization and governance.
  • Owns the health and scaling of Windows Server environments, Azure, and M365, ensuring high availability and advanced identity management.
  • Leads security hardening, vulnerability responses, and rigorous IT audits to ensure full adherence to corporate security policies.
  • Translates complex business needs into technical specifications and leads the entire UAT process, from test planning to final validation.
  • Oversee critical infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, network connectivity, and specialized hardware systems (CCTV, printers).
  • Serves as the senior point of contact for complex hardware/software incidents, resolving Level 2-3 issues that junior staff cannot.
  • Leads engagement with external vendors for infrastructure upgrades, contract reviews, and large-scale preventive maintenance projects.
  • Manages the full lifecycle of IT assets, including strategic procurement, budget-conscious licensing, and comprehensive inventory audits.
  • Develops and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system documentation to ensure operational consistency and knowledge retention.
  • Coaches staff on M365 and ERP features and conducts technical knowledge-sharing to elevate the team's overall capability.
  • Leads critical business support activities, such as month-end closing and system cutovers, ensuring zero-to-minimal impact on business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related fields
  • Min 5 years hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
  • Knowledge of managing and configuring cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365 services, Exchange services, Dynamics 365 and endpoint services
  • Proven experience in building and deploying Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and creating complex workflows in Power Automate
  • Excellent troubleshooting skill, and setup experience in computer hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Self-initiator on performing tasks
  • Resourceful and responsive
