Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, software, printers and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions and password resets using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Support office IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP networks and related equipment.
Assist with firewall, antivirus, endpoint security and other IT security activities.
Coordinate with external IT vendors on troubleshooting, maintenance and system upgrades.
Support IT equipment setup, deployment, inventory and maintenance.
Assist in implementing IT security policies, access controls and data protection measures.
Support the secure use of AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and other business AI tools.
Help identify potential AI security risks, including confidential data leakage, unauthorised usage and misuse of AI applications.
Assist in reviewing new AI tools and applications for security and data protection requirements.
Support AI-related security incident reporting, documentation and employee awareness.
Maintain IT records, technical documentation and user guides.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration or IT infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP networking and basic network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IT security practices, antivirus protection, access controls and data protection.
Experience supporting firewall or network security systems would be an advantage.
Basic understanding of Generative AI applications and associated security risks would be an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with internal users and external vendors.
