What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
- To enable business transformation and drive greater efficiency through information technology to work closely with Senior Management of business units providing Business Solutioning and Consulting to LK Asia business
- Initiate Strategic Fit Gaps and Discovery of Business Problem statements
- Be the leader of developing IT Business Solution and governance of the Business Applications
- Enabling the Solution & Process Handshake working with Process Governance team from Concept and Services Team
- Enabling the Solution and Change Management handshake working with defined change leads
- Actively work with all Business Units to understand and drive Digital, Directions and provide consultancy on IT Solutions
- Produce all core solution documents that will enable success solution delivery
- Ensure L2 and L3 support of Business Applications are adequately managed following the agreed SLAs
- Ownership of Business Consulting from Process Solution to data and automation requirements
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of direct reports including succession planning
What you'll need
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Business, IT or other related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Souring, Retail, or Supply Chain Management
- Must have experience with Product Life Cycle, Warehouse Management or Retail Merchandising ERPs
- Good Understanding of how AI to be mapped against business problem statements
- Proven experience in building Business cases and determine ROI for Solution Development & Deployment
- Proven experience in Consulting, Benchmarking and dealing with Complex Solution Design
- Proven experience in Solution Design and Governance for large Retail, FMCG companies
- Solid understanding of Solution that are related to Supply Chain Management, Product Development, Promotion and Assortment Areas along with Reporting and Dashboarding
- Proven experience in multi-vendor relationship management
- Proven experience in people management, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across different geographies and culture
- Good knowledge of all aspects of systems development and SDLC (Agile, Waterfall).
- Google Tech Stack Background is preferred
- Clear understanding of business process and change management
- Experience in developing Business Operating Model
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill
- A team player who enjoys working in partnership with other members of the team and wider stakeholders
