Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and manages OT security solutions in compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards.
- Conducts security assessments and audits of OT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Develops and establishes OT Security as a Service offerings, including service packages, pricing structures, and delivery models.
- Engages customers and provides expert technical consultation on OT security best practices to enhance overall security posture.
- Collaborates with internal teams to provide technical expertise during pre‑sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive security documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations.
- Manages and supports Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V), and endpoint systems.
- Administers network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and network segmentation.
- Supports hybrid cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, across on‑premise, cloud, and edge deployments.
- Monitors systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures high availability and system reliability.
- Handles incident management, performs root cause analysis, and ensures SLA‑based resolution.
- Maintains up‑to‑date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
- Works closely with IT team members and other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) security or network security, preferably in the manufacturing, energy, or utilities sectors.
- Strong understanding of NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards and guidelines.
- Solid knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
- In-depth understanding of OT security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing OT security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning tools in industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, configurations, and best practices.
- Experience with risk management and compliance requirements in OT environments.
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
