Senior IP Circuit Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for advanced process high-performance/low-power customized IP (STD cell, Macro, SRAM...) circuit design.
• Simulation, verification, and feature extraction of corresponding IP.
• Guide layout design of relevant IP.
• Test circuit and chip design for corresponding IP.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics.
• Minimum 5 years in Circuit Design.
• Basic knowledge of CMOS devices and processes, analog integrated circuit design knowledge, and understanding of layout design.
• Can use analog circuit customization design tools (Hspice, Virtuoso...).
• Have studied and used scripting languages such as Tcl or Python.
• Strong learning ability and thirst for knowledge.
