Senior Interior Designer (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery within the team.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, and overall control.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Handle project management aspects such as budgeting, risk management, and profitability tracking.
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to client requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and support procurement processes.
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and prepare status reports.
- Plan and allocate project resources effectively.
- Participate in business development and client presentations when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- For senior applicants: Proven experience in managing projects independently and leading a team.
- Strong design, technical, and project management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
