Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Offix Pte Ltd. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative and functional interiors for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients. This is a full-time position based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into inspiring interior concepts
2. Developing detailed design plans, specifications, and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery
3. Overseeing the implementation of interior design projects, including managing contractors and suppliers
4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating innovative design solutions into your work
5. Mentoring and guiding junior designers to foster their professional development
6. Maintaining excellent client relationships and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

What we're looking for

1. An individual who have good eye for beauty, good color matching, material selection and is up to date with the current design trend
2. Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite
3. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and the design team
5. A diploma in Interior Design or a related field, and relevant professional certifications
6. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed commercial and residential projects
7. Candidates with lesser working experience will also be considered.
