Job Description
- High degree of expertise in corporate interior space planning.
- Develop and execute high quality corporate office interior design concepts.
- Create and formulate design presentation strategies.
- Enjoy client-facing presentations with excellent client liaison skills.
- Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline, budget and program.
- Ability to coordinate material and colour selection, interior construction administration and installation.
- To be able to muilti-task and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project.
Requirement
- Minimum 10 years experience in corporate interior design and interior architecture for the Senior Interior Designer position and 5 years of experience for the Interior Designer position.
- BS or BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent in experience.
- Possess excellent design flair, highly creative with a good eye for design details.
- Work with speed and meet project deadlines.
- Passionate about corporate office interior design and public spaces.
- Strong design portfolio in corporate office interior design.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and communication skills.
- Highly efficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office tools.
