Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality)

Here is a chance to work for an International Architecture and Design practice with a reputable portfolio across the Mixed Use and Hospitality sector covering multiple markets in Asia.

mustard is partnering with an award-winning international practice to find a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects across Asia.

This role is ideal for a creative and technical-minded designer ready to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while mentoring a collaborative team in a fast-growing regional hub. You will have strong communication skills to coordinate all relevant drawings and design packages for projects including large scale hotels, mixed use buildings and high end spaces.

Studio:

• Currently working on local and International markets
• Highly technical team with strong creative design leaders
• Fostering collaborative and a practical approach to workflow

What we are looking for:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Proven ability to translate big-picture concepts into detailed design packages, schematic layouts, and construction administration for large-scale developments.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Strong communication skills to coordinate complex drawing sets, liaise with technical teams, and guide junior designers through practical workflows.
• Proven Hospitality Pedigree: 6–8+ years of post-qualification experience with a heavy focus on high-end hospitality or mixed-use developments.
