Job Summary
Lead and manage comprehensive interior design projects for residential and commercial clients, driving creative solutions from concept through implementation while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to integrate feedback and coordinate project requirements
- Develop detailed space planning, design concepts, and select appropriate materials to meet functional and aesthetic goals
- Oversee project implementation through site coordination and quality control to maintain design integrity and standards
- Conduct client meetings and confidently present design proposals to secure project approvals and foster client trust
- Perform site visits and communicate with contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software to produce accurate design drawings and visualizations
- Apply strong project management skills to track progress, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all design and project phases to uphold high-quality outcomes
- Provide responsive customer service to address client needs and enhance satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of interior design experience, preferably with projects in Singapore
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial interior design work
- Proficiency in English knowledge of Chinese or other dialects is an advantage
