Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through completion. The role involves managing design development, coordinating with clients and consultants,overseeing junior designers, and ensuring high-quality design delivery across all project stages.

. Lead interior design projects from concept through completion

. Develop design direction, space planning, mood boards, and presentations

. Manage client coordination, consultants, and site execution

. Oversee drawings, documentation, materials, and quality standards

. Mentor junior designers and guide the design team

. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and design intent

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills. Client Focus: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs and expectations.
• Creativity: A high level of creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating exceptional design experiences.
