Vita Partners is Asia-Pacific's largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform, backed Australian headquartered multinational real estate company Lendlease and leading US private equity growth investor Warburg Pincus. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients. The investment management business currently manages SGD 2 billion of AUM on behalf of institutional investors, with strong aspirations for growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Project Sourcing & Market Development
- Conduct market research on industry trends, client and competitor analysis, and identify company's capability to competitively support upcoming tenders.
- Identify new market and project opportunities that are aligned with the company's strategy and effectively connect with stakeholders.
- Develop polished presentations, compelling capability statements, and impactful marketing materials for effective pitching.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain direct relationships with regulatory authorities, clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Manage appropriate stakeholders documentation required for prequalification and bid process.
Proposal Coordination
- Coordinate complex, largescale proposals for construction projects in life sciences and hightech manufacturing facilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between proposal teams and clients during critical stages of the bid process.
Tender Management
- Prepare and maintain documents required for prequalification and bid submissions, including organizational charts, CVs, project factsheets, photos, and presentations.
- Lead tender preparation and submission in collaboration with the Bid Team, including proposal structuring.
- Manage clients procurement portals and ensure timely submission of prequalification and bid proposals.
- Liaise with the China office and provide required documentations and support for their bid submissions and vice versa.
- Produce highquality, professional, and consistent proposals, presentations, qualifications, and other materials required for bid submissions.
Award & Accreditation Documentation
- Maintaining awards, prepare and maintain documentation required for license renewals and various accreditations.
Strategic Reporting
- Prepare pipeline meetings and monthly reporting, including system update.
- Support senior management with insights to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying.
- 3-7 years of experience in inside sales, proposal management, or PMO roles within the engineering/construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in desktop publishing and proposal design.
- Proven track record of supporting complex proposals and managing crossfunctional coordination.
- Strong clientfacing communication skills, with ability to discuss project execution strategies and influence decisionmakers.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
