Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across LAN, WAN, wireless, and remote access environments.
- Monitor network health, analyze performance metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for capacity planning, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, connectivity, and infrastructure issues while minimizing business impact and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Configure, implement, and support routing, switching, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), wireless, and network security solutions.
- Administer and maintain firewall technologies, VPN solutions, and secure remote access platforms in alignment with organizational security policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and effective risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members while contributing to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable, customer-focused network services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in network engineering, network operations, infrastructure support, or related network services roles within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing and switching technologies, and network connectivity services.
- Strong knowledge of DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management), wireless networking, firewall administration, and network security principles.
- Proven experience with network performance monitoring, capacity planning, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, and VPN/remote access solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and service delivery capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience supporting infrastructure transformation, migration, or modernization projects is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, or Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE are preferred.
- Fluency in the local language is required, with good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of three days onsite at the customer location.
