Senior / Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, maintain, and support enterprise systems across multiple platforms to ensure optimal performance in high-volume environments

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and system administrators to resolve integration and technical issues

• Participate in architecture, technical design, and operational discussions with engineering and operations teams

• Lead or support system setup, configuration, migration, deployment, and upgrade activities

• Implement development, testing, automation tools, and supporting IT infrastructure

• Establish and maintain DevOps processes including development, testing, release, and support workflows

• Monitor system health, generate periodic performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Automate manual operational tasks to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on system performance, risks, and project progress

• Support hardware refresh, system hardening, firmware, and software upgrades

• Maintain accurate documentation for system changes and automation initiatives

• Perform onsite and offsite troubleshooting and issue resolution

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong interest in infrastructure and systems engineering

• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix)

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Effective planning, coordination, and communication abilities

• Team-oriented, responsible, and detail-conscious

• Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive with a strong customer-service mindset

• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
