Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3 Support) - Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our 2nd and 3rd-level support teams. This is a high-impact role designed for a problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, global environments. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical escalations, implementing infrastructure solutions, and delivering top-tier service to our diverse customer base.

What You'll Do

• Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for complex Windows Server and VMware (ESX 7.x/8.x) issues in a high-stakes production environment.
• Global Support: Provide remote technical guidance to field personnel, integrators, and customers via phone and email.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize critical systems including Virtualization (VMware), Storage (SAN/NAS), and core services (SFTP, DHCP, DNS).
• Crisis Management: Navigate high-pressure situations and shifting priorities with a focus on rapid, effective resolution.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain precise records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a robust knowledge base and ensure client transparency.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience.
• Technical Depth: Proficient in Windows/Linux OS, TCP/IP networking, and modern Virtualization stacks.
• Education: A degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
• Adaptability: A think-on-your-feet mindset with the ability to work 24/7 global shift rotations (including early mornings).
• Communication: Exceptional English skills and the ability to set clear expectations with both technical teams and customers.
