Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations (patching, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident/problem/change management)
• Execute and validate system changes, upgrades, and moderate-risk activities
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues
• Monitor systems and alerts, ensuring performance, availability, and stability
• Support and guide junior engineers within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
• Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records
• Participate in on-call rotation and standby support when required
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure / system engineering
• Strong experience in Windows-based environments and hybrid IT setups
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains (e.g. security, monitoring, patching, networking, ITIL practices, BCP)
• Hands-on troubleshooting with ability to handle moderately complex issues independently
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, or Cloud technologies are advantageous
• Strong communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work in structured environments
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, operations-driven teams
