Windows Desktop & Endpoint Management Engineers

We are looking for an experienced Windows Desktop Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows desktop environments, with a focus on SCCM, OS deployment, and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a medium to large Windows desktop environment using Microsoft SCCM.
• Develop and manage OS Deployment and OS Upgrade methodologies.
• Own configuration management for the Windows 11 build.
• Test, approve, and release all Windows Desktop OS-related patches.
• Serve as a 3rd-level escalation point for Windows Desktop stability and performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Required Expertise:

• Active Directory / Azure Active Directory – expert-level knowledge.
• Windows Security Framework – expert-level understanding.
• PC Hardware & Troubleshooting – expert-level skills.
• Adaptive Content Delivery Products – good understanding.
• VMware ESXi Host and VM Device Management – good understanding
