Our client in financial services is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in the Cash & Payments domain. This role will drive the delivery of complex IT and transformation projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale cash management and payments transformation projects, including digitalization initiatives and system implementations.
- Manage project lifecycles, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across regions, including senior leadership, business teams, and vendors.
- Implement change management plans to support smooth adoption of new digital processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in IT transformation within the cash management/payments domain.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies (cloud, AI, data analytics) and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
