Senior Information Technology Consultant

Responsibilities:

. Work closely with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and convert them into effective solutions by analysing the requirements of the project

. Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

. Develop the test cases and debug software applications that meet both user needs and business objectives

. Involved in creation of Automation test cases

. Prioritize UAT test design, execution for a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment to meet expected timeframes.

. Document and verify the Requirements to Monitor and Control.

. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation/ reporting

. Responsible in Requirement gathering and analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirement:

. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or relevant field

. 5+ years of experience in business analyst/ testing/ reporting

. Experience in Automation Testing or Manual test engineering using TOSCA or HP UFT or Selenium

. Strong experience in development of test cases using Java

. Experience in Business Analysis is required

. Good Knowledge on Card application and Financial Domain

. Proficient in Test Management Tools - HP-ALM, JIRA, vision plus

. Knowledge of Card Life/Transaction life cycle, Mapping, GL Financial Reconciliation

. Experience in Agile methodology/ scrum is preferred.

Good Knowledge of BASE 24, Mainframeand ALM
