Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of Business Analysts to deliver business requirement studies, system process mapping, functional specifications, and testing plans while supporting end users locally and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Junior Business Analysts and Business Analysts to complete assigned tasks effectively
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to team members
- Conduct detailed business requirement studies and map business processes to system processes for accurate system design
- Prepare Master Functional Specifications to document system requirements when needed
- Develop comprehensive Test Plans for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure system quality
- Monitor and follow up on issue logs to resolve system and user issues promptly
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing both online and onsite for local and overseas users to validate system functionality
- Provide daily online and onsite user support to local and overseas end users to ensure smooth system operation
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or PLM, to support business processes and system integration
- Ability to work under tight schedules to meet project deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required to support onsite activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology to support technical understanding
- Positive attitude towards learning new technologies and applying them effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster team collaboration
Other Information
- Both local and overseas user support and testing will be required
