Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and support the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore. This role will play a key part in driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting business growth—particularly within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment and factory HR management, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

1 Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations

2 Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies

3 Support and manage HR practices in a manufacturing/factory environment, ensuring smooth operations and workforce stability

4 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Singapore

5 Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

6 Drive HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements aligned with business objectives

7 Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records

8 Support payroll coordination and benefits administration

9 Act as a trusted HR business partner to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

1 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2 Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with exposure to full-spectrum HR functions

3 Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

4 Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred

5 Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR practices

6 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7 Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently

8 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

9 Must have a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, regulations, and local HR practices
