Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead and elevate our people agenda in Singapore, with a strong focus on employee engagement, workplace culture, and leadership capability development.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a positive working environment, strengthening people relationships, and driving impactful HR initiatives beyond transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & HR Service Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery in Singapore, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality HR support;
  • Lead the local HR function and act as a trusted partner to business leaders;
  • Drive a proactive, solutions-oriented HR approach aligned with business needs;

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and experience;
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust working environment;
  • Organize and lead engagement activities, team-building, and cultural programs;

People Relationships & Employee Relations

  • Build strong relationships across all levels to promote open communication and trust;
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary cases in a fair and professional manner;
  • Act as a coach to managers on people management and team dynamics;

Training & Capability Development

  • Drive training strategy with emphasis on skills development (e.g. communication, leadership, teamwork);
  • Identify learning needs and deliver impactful development programs;
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and people growth;

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with management to develop practical people solutions;
  • Support onboarding and employee integration to enhance employee experience;
  • Contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce;

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 10–12 years of HR experience, with strong focus on engagement, people development, and HR partnering;
  • Proven ability to drive culture and build strong workplace relationships;
  • Hands-on, approachable, and confident in managing people matters;
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in Singapore market and freight forwarding or logistics industry;
  • Proficiency in English, capability in speaking Mandarin will be preferred.
