- Position : Senior Human Resources Executive
- Location : Loyang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to provide HR advisory aligned with Group policies.
- Lead HR projects such as policy implementation, organisational changes, and people initiatives.
- Manage recruitment for key roles and ensure hiring aligns with corporate standards.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, and handle employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Drive performance management and support managers on employee development matters.
- Oversee payroll processing for executives and maintain HR operational compliance.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce insights, and support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Tripartite Guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate HR / HRBP / People Partner roles.
- Experience handling employee relations and sensitive HR matters.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
