The Frazer Jones team is exclusively partnering with a high-growth technology organisation that has established a leading presence across multiple APAC markets and continues to invest significantly in business expansion, innovation, and leadership capability.
The opportunity sits within the HRBP function, an overall high-performing HR team with a strong focus on partnering senior business leaders to shape and drive strategic people decisions. Rather than operating as a HR role centred on execution, this position serves as a trusted advisor, requiring a deep understanding of the business goals and direction, influencing workforce planning, providing market intelligence, and challenging stakeholders thinking where appropriate.
This role will ultimately be instrumental in shaping a future-ready workforce strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Notably, one of the key priorities for this role, as identified in alignment with the C-suites team is the ability to drive forward‑looking people strategies as the organisation accelerates its transformation to meet the demands of a digital and AI‑enabled world. What this effectively means is that my client is searching for a seasoned HRBP who not only the genuine curiosity, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in has leveraging digital tools/data to modernise ways of working, enhance employee experience, and strengthen organisational capability for the future.
Ideally, the successful candidate is able to share best practices across the team, and support in uplifting HRBP advisory depth, enhance the operating rhythm, and ensure the HRBP team are trusted partners to the senior leadership (in a mentoring capacity).
Ideal Profile
Our client is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner leader with a strong track record operating in complex environments. Experience in different geographical regions (kindly ensure this is listed in your CV: e.g. SEA or APAC) will be advantageous.
Candidates should be ready to articulate the depth of their HRBP expertise vis-a-vis critical business priorities, including clear examples of partnering directly with senior executives on organisation-wide people initiatives. As a guideline, candidates should have at least 10 to 12 years of HR experience.
What's On Offer
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful and scaling global business. You will work directly and closely with the CHRO and senior leadership, in an organization that is prepared to invest in their talents. For seasoned HRBPs, this role offers immediate scope to drive meaningful priorities, along with significant room for mid to longer‑term growth.
Location: Singapore
Additional Information: Due to a high volume of applications, kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. We sincerely thank you for your interest and look forward to connecting for future relevant opportunities.
