Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders across APAC and EMEA, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and culture initiatives that enable sustainable business growth.
You will work closely with your HR Business Partner peer in the Americas to ensure global alignment of HR policies, programs, and culture initiatives while adapting them appropriately for APAC and EMEA.
As a trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders, you will provide strategic and operational HR support, helping to build a high‑performing, engaged, and values‑driven organization across diverse markets.
