Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location: CBD Area, Singapore (On-site)
About the Role
Our client is expanding their team in Singapore and is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them. This person will work closely with department heads on hiring plans, staff performance and career growth, and will help build a stronger, more capable team across the business.
Key Responsibilities
. Be the go-to HR contact for assigned department heads, offering guidance that works for both the business and the employees.
. Work with department heads to build and carry out people plans that support the wider business goals.
. Spot potential people issues early and suggest ways to handle them before they become problems.
. Guide managers on how to give useful feedback and run performance discussions well, while building up their leadership skills - this includes helping them set clear goals, grow their teams, and keep improving over time.
. Lead the performance review process for the company on a regular cycle.
. Handle employee relations matters, complaints and case follow-ups, making sure everything is done in line with local labour law.
. Help plan and carry out changes to how the company is organizer run.
. Take the lead in rolling out HR programmer and initiatives across the company.
. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
. At least 8 years of hands-on HR experience, with time spent working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
. Solid background working with leaders on staff performance and employee relations matters.
. Good people and communication skills, able to make sound calls while staying understanding and fair.
. Experience working with teams across different sites or regions is a plus.
. Confident managing relationships with different stakeholders.
. Able to work well under changing priorities and in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.
