Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant engineering qualification certificates (such as PMP, etc.) preferred.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with good oral and written communication skills in both languages in order to liaise with overseas vendors
Over 5 years of human resource management experience, with at least 3 years of work experience in Singapore.
Familiar with local labor laws, regulations, and relevant human resource policies in Singapore, with strong data analysis and policy interpretation abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, team management skills, and work execution ability.
