About the Role
As Senior HRBP, you will be at the heart of Dentsu's business strategy, shaping people initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and a high-performance culture. You will spend the majority of your time with the business, coaching leaders, solving complex organizational challenges, and translating priorities into actionable HR solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, strategic thinking, and driving results in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
- Spend significant time partnering directly with business leaders, acting as a coach, consultant, and constructive challenger.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence business decisions, anticipate risks, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of HR initiatives, ensuring they are executed with impact and aligned to business goals.
- Develop leaders capability to manage teams effectively, make people decisions confidently, and embed high-performance behaviors.
Organizational & Talent Strategy
- Shape high-performing, inclusive teams that fuel business performance.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning, ensuring the business has the right capabilities to deliver its strategy.
- Drive career development and mobility programs that retain top talent and accelerate growth.
Change & Culture Enablement
- Act as a change catalyst, enabling transformation, reorganizations, and culture shifts.

Employee Experience, Engagement & Relations
- Design and implement programs that strengthen engagement, culture, and employee experience.

- Champion a culture of continuous learning, fairness, and accountability across the business.
HR Expertise & Execution
- Ensure strong process discipline in all HR initiatives, policies, and practices, while creating innovative, tailored solutions that meet the business's unique needs.
- Partner with COEs across Singapore & SEA to deliver HR programs and initiatives that support business priorities.
- Advise on HR policies, processes, and local labor laws to ensure risk mitigation and operational excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate HR initiatives, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven HR Business Partner 8-10+ years in fast-paced, matrix organizations with strong experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations (ER) cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or Master's in Organizational Psychology are a plus.
- Street-smart, self-driven, and ownership-oriented: takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and delivers results independently.
- Strategic thinker with analytical rigor: connects the dots, spots trends, and influences decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: builds credibility with senior leaders and coaches them effectively.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Balance of process discipline and creativity: able to design structured solutions while innovating for business needs.
- Big-picture perspective: understands organizational dynamics and acts with the interests of the entire business in mind.
