Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.
Responsibilities
Partner with Business Units on manpower planning, recruitment budget and end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks).
Manage onboarding including employment contracts, work pass applications and pre-employment medical arrangements.
Prepare salary proposals and support compensation benchmarking.
Support HR operations such as leave and benefits administration, performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary cases and grievances.
Lead recruitment initiatives (career fairs, campus hiring, employer branding activities).
Review and implement HR processes, policies and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
Support statutory reporting and surveys (e.g., MOM submissions).
Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or related industries.
Experience partnering with Business Units to support manpower planning and operational HR needs.
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and familiarity with construction workforce regulations and work passes.
Experience with Unit4Prosoft system preferred.
Proficient in MS Office.
