About the Role:
Our Client is looking for a Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for leading and evolving the company's human resources strategy across the SEA region. This role will be pivotal in building a scalable people framework that supports rapid growth, driving organisational development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of HR strategies that align with business growth objectives in both technology and clean energy markets.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture, leadership capability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labour regulations across SEA while supporting cross-border team integration.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on change management, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Demonstrated success in organisational development, change management, employee engagement strategies, and leadership coaching.
- History of improving key HR metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates, and leadership bench strength.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance frameworks, and cross-border employment practices.
