Title: Senior HR Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing advisory support across all HR matters.
- Oversee core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management, while continuously improving HR processes and governance.
Job Requirements
- Proven HR experience within Japanese companies.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Japanese language skills are required to communicate with Japan HQ.
Other Information
- Salary: S$10,000-13,000 (depnds on experience)
