Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer ATS and HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and learning platforms (data integrity, user access, adoption tracking).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across assigned regions.
- Ensure employment contracts, probation confirmations, and documentation are properly administered.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, intranet and across all HR databases.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submissions.
- Manage work pass documentation (where applicable).
- Support HR policy communication and implementation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Support HR transformation initiatives (system migration, policy harmonisation, KPI framework implementation).
- Assist in planning regional events (townhalls, festive events, long service awards, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HRM experience.
- Experience in regional HR portfolios preferred.
- Familiar with HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and ATS systems are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour regulations.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / HR analytics reporting.
