Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding
  • Handlework pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
  • Manage training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
  • Manage payroll processing
  • Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Payroll experience is a must
  • Preferrable 2-3 years of Construction industry background preferred
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and some problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
