Job Descriptions:
1.Assisting the Senior Human Resource Manager for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and activities which includes manpower recruitment & selection, headcount report, payroll administration, compensation &benefit, leave administration, Learning & Development coordination, HRpolicies and procedures.
2. Handle payroll including statutory deduction.
3. Ensure timely submission and proper compliance of statutory requirements under variouslabour laws.
4.Responsible for recruitment including manage channel, screening of candidate,conducting interview, remuneration proposal, etc.
5. Manage employee relation from onboarding to exit clearance.
6.Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database& etc.) of each employee.
7. Assist in employee performance review.
8. Keep records of all HR documentation and assist in training.
9.Prepare, assist and maintain the day-to-day admin function and operationactivities.
10.Identify training needs and coordinate training to staff according torequirement and needs.
11. Organise employee engagement activities.
12.Perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management.
RequiredSkills/Abilities (include Education, Working Experience, skill and so on):
1.Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/BusinessAdministration/Psychology/Economics or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience.
3.Excellent communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
4.Pro-active, strong dedication & able to multi-task effectively.
5.Meticulous & possess some analytical skills, attentive to details &result-driven.
6.Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.
7. Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with China stakeholders.
8. Work location at Tuas (shuttle services provided at Jurong East/Boon Lay)
9. 5 Days work week, 8:30am to 5:30pm
