Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for site and office positions
- Coordinate onboarding processes including contract issuance, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).
- Maintain manpower records and monitor expiry of permits and passes.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in coordination with supervisors and management.
3. Training & Development
- Coordinate WSQ courses, safety training and other skills development programmes.
- Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.
4. Payroll & Benefits
- Support monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and OT data.
- Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance, and allowances.
- Manage leave administration using HRIS or manual systems.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and festive events.
- Support foreign workers in accommodation, renewals, and transport coordination.
6. Any other duties
- Any other administrative duties assigned by Head of HR
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years in HR, preferably in construction, pre-cast, or heavy industries.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle site HR matters independently
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
