You will be based at our Group's headquarters in Tuas, Singapore, and will report to the HR Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end HR functions across the Group, ensuring that HR strategies effectively support and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
. Provide comprehensive HR guidance to employees and managers on people-centric matters, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and HR policies.
. Manage talent planning, talent acquisition, new employee orientation, re-employment and talent retention programs and processes.
. Lead performance review process and provide necessary training to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
. Develop and implement learning and development plans, coaching managers and employees to ensure sustained focus and improvement.
. Drive employee engagement activities, including initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG).
. Review and harmonise existing HR operational processes and align delivery model to ensure optimum support to managers and employees.
Basic Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
. At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 2 years in a business partner role.
. Strong technical skills in HR policies, practices, and learning & development models are essential, along with proficiency in managing various operational HR aspects.
. Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and guidelines.
. Possesses high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
. Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
. Mature temperament, empathetic and people-oriented nature.
. Thrives in dynamic environments and uncertain situations.
