Description

The Senior HR Executive will serve as a key HR generalist, supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions for an oil & gas trading business. This role requires strong operational HR capabilities, sound knowledge of employment regulations, and the ability to partner with business leaders in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment.

Role

The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR generalist activities including employee lifecycle administration, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, performance management support, and employee relations. The role ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies, supports audits and expatriate administration where applicable, and partners with business stakeholders in a fast-paced oil & gas trading environment while contributing to HR process improvements and people initiatives.

Requirements

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5-8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably within oil & gas, commodities trading space. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of employment legislation, experience working in lean and dynamic environments, high attention to detail and confidentiality, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; professional HR certification is an advantage.
