Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to join our growing HR team at MyRepublic Broadband. This is a critical role that blends hands-on HR operations with strategic partnership, offering the opportunity to influence how our people experience the workplace every day. You will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence across payroll, compliance, and HR systems, while also collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver initiatives that shape our organizational culture and future workforce.
Beyond ensuring smooth HR processes, you will play a key role in designing and implementing employee engagement programs, refining compensation frameworks, and strengthening HR policies to support a high-performing, inclusive environment. How you'll contribute to MyRepublic's success:
HRBP Support & HR Projects:
- Partner with the HRBP to deliver HR initiatives including policy reviews, process improvements, and organizational updates.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive schemes, and allowance policies.
- Prepare HR data analysis and reports to support decision-making and business insights (e.g., headcount trends, attrition, workforce metrics).
Employee Engagement:
- Lead employee engagement programs and welfare activities to foster collaboration, morale, and a positive workplace culture.
- Drive internal communications and initiatives that promote alignment, collaboration, and a positive work environment that align employees with organizational goals.
Payroll Administration
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, including computation of salary, claims, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain employee payroll records in compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
- Prepare and file annual income reporting (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B).
- Handle audits and reporting related to payroll.
- Provide advice to employees in relation to benefits, incentives and resolving any payroll enquiries timely.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.
- Prepare HR documents such as letters, reports, and support the bi-annual compensation review cycle.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal HR policies.
- Support HR reporting and analytics (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave trends).
- Strong understanding to oversee work pass matters to ensure compliance with current MOM regulations.
- Manage medical benefits administration, including insurance queries, policy maintenance, and vendor renewals.
Reception & Office Administration:
- Supervise the HR & Admin Executive and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
- Provide reception coverage when required to maintain seamless business operations.
We think you'll fit in great with us if you:
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (open to other disciplines).
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Preferably experience using Timesoft, BambooHR).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
