Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
  • In-charge of monthly payroll, claims, reimbursements, CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and tax clearance for foreign employees
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, payroll requirements, and company HR policies
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics (headcount, recruitment, overtime, expenses, employee trends) to support management decision-making
  • In-charge of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related regulatory compliance
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters
  • Support performance management and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Manage employee engagement activities, training administration, and external training providers
  • Manage employee insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims administration, and employee benefits communication
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and support internal/external audits, government surveys, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee workplace security and safety administration, including CCTV monitoring, Fire Safety Committee coordination, and safety documentation management
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR operations, payroll, CPF, IRAS requirements, and work pass regulations
  • Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, team player and able to manage multiple priorities independently
