We are hiring Senior HR Executive to be outsourced to our client.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Infotech HRMS.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including AWS, bonuses, annual increments, and performance incentives.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including leave, claims, and insurance matters.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, work pass renewals, and offboarding.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, audit trails, and HR compliance documentation.
- Support WICA claims processing and statutory submissions.
- Prepare and analyze HR data, including attrition and workforce reports.
- Support MOM reporting and other regulatory submissions.
- Assist with HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects.
- Manage uniform and access card inventory.
- Support HR compliance, audits, and shared services operations.
- Experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration is an added advantage
- Prior Hands-on experience with Infotech HRMS is an added advantage.
