Job Description

We are hiring Senior HR Executive to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Infotech HRMS.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including AWS, bonuses, annual increments, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including leave, claims, and insurance matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, work pass renewals, and offboarding.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports, audit trails, and HR compliance documentation.
  • Support WICA claims processing and statutory submissions.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data, including attrition and workforce reports.
  • Support MOM reporting and other regulatory submissions.
  • Assist with HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects.
  • Manage uniform and access card inventory.
  • Support HR compliance, audits, and shared services operations.
  • Experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration is an added advantage
  • Prior Hands-on experience with Infotech HRMS is an added advantage.

Salary: Up to $4500
