HR Executive / HR Generalist (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (Employment Act, MOM policies, CPF, Levy, SDL, IR8A/IR21).
- Manage Work Pass matters (EP, S Pass, Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations).
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and support employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, hiring progress, compensation)
- Provide basic admin and finance support (expense claims, invoices, office admin).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years of HR experience in Singapore (HR Generalist/Executive).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, C&B, and employee relations.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a lean team.
